Is home sample collection free?
Yes, home collection is free for orders above ₹500. For smaller orders, a small collection charge (if any) is clearly shown before payment — no surprise charges at your doorstep.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before the scheduled collection time. Cancellations are refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
How does Doctor Saheb verify labs?
Every lab on our platform is NABL certified and verified by our admin team before being listed. You can check each lab's accreditation badge directly on their profile.
Can I book tests for my family members?
Yes. Add your family members to your Doctor Saheb account and book tests for anyone at your address. Reports are sent to your registered WhatsApp number.
What if my report is delayed?
Reach out to our support team via call or WhatsApp. We'll follow up with the lab directly and keep you updated every 2 hours until your report is ready.
